Located in La Barra —considered to be the hippest most vibrant and active area of Punta del Este — this luxurious house is just a few blocks to the beach. The house is in the perfect area because it's close to all the restaurants and clubs, yet it is in a residential and quiet neighborhood. You have access to nearby grocery and convenience stores that are within walking distance just a few blocks away.
It is very spacious with over 2,000 sq. feet (190 sq. meters). The house gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day in all of the rooms. The house was recently built in 2006 and although it is new, the owner spared no expense to completely renovate the house in 2007including adding a temperature controlled full-size pool in the backyard along with a large wood deck to lounge around and sun tan. The pool area is amazing to relax and tan
Most of the rental properties in Punta del Este have very cheap and uncomfortable furniture. This house is the exception! All the furniture is very modern, imported and expensive. The mattresses are Four Season Presidential suite mattresses. The house has been tastefully decorated and everything in the house is new including all the furniture, lighting, and electrical appliances.
The house has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. . The house has a spacious backyard that gets sun most of the afternoon. A temperature controlled pool has been added as well as a BBQ pit to grill your favorite food. There is also a washing machine/dryer to wash and dry your towels and clothes.
