Conditions:

·     Please check the minimum number of night required to rent each property.  A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates or you can pay with Western Union.

·      Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your property with your keys and orient you with the property.  Your remaining balance will be due and must be in CASH.  We will also collect a security deposit  that will be returned to you, provided that EVERYTHING is in the same condition as when you arrived.  If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it.  If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.  Please note the security deposit is different for each property.   Also, please note if you do not have the entire 50% remaining due, you will not be given keys to the property.

·      A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in.  The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund given.   Please be sure not to have more people sleeping in the property than the maximum sleeping capacity.

·      Please check the cancellation policy for each property.  Rentals from December 15 - March 15 will not have any refunds once bookings are made.
